Questions, answered

Is my deposit refundable?

Only if the enrollment minimum isn’t met. If the class is cancelled for low enrollment, every deposit is refunded on Nov 2. Once the class is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable.

When is the rest of my tuition due?

Invoices go out Nov 3. Pay the $2,650 balance in full by Dec 30, or choose the payment plan (2 payments of $1,500) by Nov 30.

Am I eligible for a broker’s license?

This package covers PA’s 240-hour education requirement. The state also requires 3 years as a licensed salesperson, 200 experience points, and passing the broker exam. Not sure? Book a call and we’ll talk it through.

What if I miss a class?

You must attend at least 80% of each 30-hour course. Missing one Saturday (6 hours) uses your full allowance for that course.

Are any classes in person?

No. Every session is live on Zoom, including Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You just need a webcam and a reliable internet connection.

Does this count toward my CE?

Fair Housing for Brokers counts toward 12 hours of elective CE. Real Estate Sales includes 2 hours of mandatory CE for the 2026–28 cycle, pending approval.
