When you have a question, she goes right to the source so you know exactly where to look again. Her lessons are clear, engaging, and thoughtfully planned, and she is always available to answer questions, provide feedback, or offer extra help when needed. It’s rare to find a teacher who brings this much passion into a virtual classroom. Truly an inspiring educator! She made the courses very interesting, sometimes talking off subject, but keeping in tune with good information!

My name is Tony Pizzaro and I have been in the real estate business for over 24 years. I met Janis Benstock during a class she was teaching. As it turns out she is an educator of individuals who are trying to advance in the real estate world for licensing and knowledge base interest. Wow! What can i say? 100 star review! This is the best real estate school you can attend. I highly recommend Janis! She knows her stuff and she is extremely invested into the knowledge behind real estate. I have taken other courses and none of them compared or kept my interests like JBREA! She’s been in the game for a long time & is very experienced. She keeps class so entertaining without getting too far off subject. She gives you real life scenarios and stories to help you connect. Janis makes you look forward to every class session in person but she is also awesome on Zoom too. Not only is she a great teacher but she produces real results! I took my real estate exam and PASSED ON THE FIRST TRY. I wouldn't have done it without her! Please don’t waste anymore time looking around for a different school. This is the one! Just go for it you wont regret it!

I took two CE classes this week led by Janis. She is knowledgeable, empowering, relatable, caring and passionate. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT...TAKE THE CLASS! I had no idea I was going to meet Janis during my CE classes last week. Aside from the fact that she knows her stuff, things took a turn for me on Friday. I can't even tell you what happened or exactly when, but when I tell you I was in FULL BLOWN TEARS, I could not believe I was on a Zoom with a bunch of strangers crying. We were talking about mindset... and she went in! In that moment, I knew I was supposed to be there and she was speaking DIRECTLY to me... Her words literally pierced my soul and I felt SEEN... OMG this sounds so crazy... but I promise you it was one of the best feelings I've had in a very long time. I literally felt like I could run through a wall when she got done. No joke! Yeah, the courses were great... informational, lots of resources blah, blah, blah... but that connection Janis makes with her audience... if you're open to the possibilities, it could very well be what you've been looking for...I needed that and I didn't even know it!
